Frequently asked questions

Do you issue a VAT invoice?
Yes. Every engagement is invoiced with full Luxembourg VAT under our SARL-S entity — VAT LU36089387, RCS B290472. The invoicing entity is Lux Photo Pro (LPP), Luxembourg, 17% VAT.
Do you accept purchase orders, and what are the payment terms?
Yes — purchase orders are supported, and we can quote against a PO number so your finance team can process it cleanly. We accept invoice, bank transfer and SEPA (Stripe). Project deposit terms and net payment terms for PO-based work are confirmed in the written proposal; retainer clients are billed monthly.
Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. We are NDA-friendly by default and routinely work under confidentiality for finance, legal and institutional clients. Deliverables are shared through password-protected, branded galleries, and we can restrict or suspend behind-the-scenes capture for confidential shoots. MSA, SOW and NDA can be e-signed.
What are your turnaround times?
Turnaround depends on the service and the scope of the job. We commit a fixed delivery time in writing for every project, confirmed in your quote against the deliverables — not left open-ended.
Who owns the images, and do we get the RAW files?
You receive fully edited, channel-ready files (web, print, LinkedIn, Meta Ads, marketplaces) with usage rights for your intended channels confirmed in the proposal. RAW files are not delivered as standard but can be licensed separately. Lux Photo Pro retains the right to use the work in its own portfolio unless otherwise agreed — for confidential projects we agree a no-portfolio clause in writing. The number of revision rounds is set out in your proposal; changes to concept or music after approval are billed as additional work.
Do you shoot in your studio or at our location?
Both, to the same lighting standard. We have a studio in Belair (13 Avenue Gaston Diderich) and a mobile kit for on-site shoots at your office or venue — so a portrait shot at your premises matches one shot in the studio.
Where do you work, and what languages do you operate in?
We cover Luxembourg and the Belgian and French border regions, with destination work on request. Client-facing communication, proposals and contracts are in English at launch; French is being added for the corporate and real-estate audience. Internally the team also works in other languages — tell us your preference and we will match it where we can.
How does cancellation and rescheduling work?
Booking is confirmed with a 50% deposit. If you need to reschedule, give us reasonable notice and we will move the date subject to crew availability. Retainer agreements run on a 3-month trial that auto-extends to 6 months with 30 days' written notice to cancel. Specific cancellation windows are set out in your proposal or service agreement.
Are you one photographer or a team?
A team, not a single freelancer — photographers, videographers and editors under one art direction, with post-production handled in-house. That means large jobs get covered without a drop in quality, and you get the same lighting and colour standard across every frame, every shoot.
