How we work

What you get as a company

One producer for the whole projectOne person holds your project from brief to delivery: schedule, crew, shot list, files. You have one contact.

Contract and NDAScope, deliverables, deadlines and price are set in writing before the shoot. We sign NDAs on request. Galleries are password-protected.

Purchase orders and VAT invoiceEvery project is billed with a full Luxembourg VAT invoice (VAT LU36089387, RCS B290472). We add your PO number on request.

Delivery dates in writingThe delivery date is part of the agreement. If we finish early, you get the files early.

Usage rightsOn full payment you receive the usage rights agreed in the contract for the delivered files. We show your project in our portfolio only if your contract allows it.

Payment and tenders50% deposit at booking, 50% on delivery, unless the contract says otherwise. For tenders and RFPs we reply the same business day with availability and a line-item quote.

Usual delivery times

Corporate portraits: preview the next day, final files in about 5–7 days
Events: 2–4 days
Studio and commercial photography: up to 14 business days
Video: 1–4 weeks

Monthly content with COEVO, our agency

LITE — €1,300 per month: a half-day shoot, 15 edited photos and 3 reels every month.

Start — from €2,300 per month: adds social media management. Larger plans on request.

Retainers run 12 months, and you can leave without a fee at the end of month 6. LITE runs 6 months.
