Postes à pourvoir

01Video EditorTurn raw footage into finished Reels and short promos that match the Lux Photo Pro style guide, every time.

What you do

  • Edit Reels and short promos (15–45s) from existing footage: select takes, cut for pace, place the hook in the first 2 seconds.
  • Apply the LPP grade (Fuji Classic Chrome / Provia look) so output matches our style guide across projects.
  • Add clean subtitles: sans, white with outline, timed to speech.
  • Cut sound, music, and motion to hold attention end to end, and prepare correct exports for Instagram, TikTok, and client delivery.
  • Work to brief and deadline, and ship consistent results across a high volume of short-form edits.

What we look for

  • Proven short-form editing for social: a reel/portfolio of Reels or vertical promos you cut yourself.
  • DaVinci Resolve: confident with the edit page, color, and delivery settings.
  • Strong sense of pacing and timing for a hook-led first 2 seconds.
  • Ability to follow a fixed style guide for grade, subtitles, and format instead of improvising your own look.
  • Reliable to brief and deadline, organized with footage and exports.

Nice to have

  • Motion graphics or simple animated titles in Resolve (Fusion) or After Effects.
  • Basic color grading skill to match a reference look from scratch.
  • Sound editing or licensed-music workflow for short-form.

Test task — Short-form edit test (30–45 min)

We send you a small sample pack from our own / behind-the-scenes footage (no client material). Cut one vertical Reel, 15–30s, in DaVinci Resolve: pick the takes, build a hook in the first 2 seconds, cut for pace, add subtitles (sans, white with outline), and apply a grade in the Classic Chrome / Provia direction. We give you a one-page style reference. This is a sample to show your skill, not live client work, and we don't publish it.

Deliverable: One exported vertical MP4 (1080×1920) plus the Resolve project file. Optional: two or three lines on your cut and grade choices.

02VideographerShoot video for B2B brands — corporate, product, real estate, events — and short-form Reels, working inside a structured team under art direction.

What you do

  • Shoot commercial video for B2B clients: corporate, product, real estate, and event work.
  • Produce short-form vertical content (Reels, 15–45s) from full shoots.
  • Work to a shot list and art direction, not improvisation — consistent framing, movement, and exposure across a project.
  • Set up and control lighting on location and in studio (Godox).
  • Capture clean footage that holds up to a single house grade in post (Fuji Classic Chrome / Provia).

What we look for

  • A reel showing commercial or branded video — not only personal or wedding work.
  • Solid camera operation: stable movement, correct exposure, clean audio capture on location.
  • Working knowledge of lighting setups for interviews, product, and interiors.
  • Ability to deliver to a brief and a style guide, repeatably, across many shoots.
  • Based in or able to work regularly in Luxembourg and the surrounding region.

Nice to have

  • Editing skill in DaVinci Resolve or Premiere, including short-form vertical cuts.
  • Comfort with gimbal and drone work.
  • Experience on high-volume production schedules.

Test task — One location, three angles

Pick any single subject you already have access to — an object, a room, a person. Shoot it as if it were a B2B brand clip. Give us three distinct shots: one wide establishing frame, one medium with controlled movement, one detail or product-style close-up. Use whatever light you have, but show intent. No client work required, no specific brand — we want to see how you frame, move, and expose, not free production.

Deliverable: A 15–30s vertical (9:16) edit combining the three shots, plus the three raw clips. Send a link (Drive, Dropbox, or WeTransfer). Keep it short. We review framing, movement, exposure, and how cleanly the cut holds together.

03SMM Manager / Content MakerOwn the Instagram presence of a five-brand photo and video ecosystem — plan, produce, caption, and report.

What you do

  • Run the content calendar across the ecosystem accounts (@lux.photo.pro and the other brand handles): plan the month, schedule posts, keep each feed consistent.
  • Write captions to the brand system: ALL-CAPS headline, scannable bullets, exactly 5 hashtags (2 broad + 3 niche), one voice per brand.
  • Edit short-form video (Reels) from shoot footage — cut, pace, caption, deliver ready to post.
  • Pull weekly and monthly analytics — reach, saves, follower growth, top posts — and adjust the plan based on what the numbers show.
  • Coordinate with the production team to turn real shoots into a steady content pipeline, not one-off posts.

What we look for

  • A live Instagram portfolio you ran — show accounts you grew or managed, not just isolated posts.
  • Short-form video editing for social: CapCut, Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent.
  • Caption and copy skill — clear, structured, no filler, comfortable writing in English.
  • You read analytics and act on them: you can explain why a post worked or didn't.
  • Organized and self-directed — you keep a calendar and ship on schedule without being chased.

Nice to have

  • Photo/video background or a strong eye for how images sit in a feed.
  • Experience running multiple brand accounts in parallel.
  • Working knowledge of scheduling tools (Planable, Later, Meta Business Suite).

Test task — One Reel + one carousel from our own footage

We give you a small sample pack from our own / behind-the-scenes material (stills + one short clip — no client work). Build a one-week mini-plan for @lux.photo.pro: pick a content angle, then produce two posts from the material. Post 1: a Reel edit from the clip (15–30s, paced, captioned on-screen). Post 2: a 3–5 slide carousel from the stills. For each, write the caption to our system — ALL-CAPS headline, bullets, 5 hashtags (2 broad + 3 niche). This is a skill demo on our own material, kept small on purpose — not live work we publish.

Deliverable: The two finished posts (Reel as a video file or link, carousel as images) plus both captions, and 3–4 lines explaining your content angle and which metric you'd watch first. Budget roughly 2–3 hours.

04Producer AssistantKeep shoots on track — coordinate schedules, team, and clients, and run it all through Bitrix24.

What you do

  • Coordinate shoot logistics end to end: scheduling, call sheets, crew and gear assignment, location and timing confirmations.
  • Keep Bitrix24 accurate — update deals and tasks, log statuses, assign work to the team, flag what's overdue or blocked.
  • Handle day-to-day communication with clients and contractors: confirmations, follow-ups, deliverable timelines.
  • Support the producer (COO) directly — take routine coordination off her plate so production keeps moving across 300+ shoots a year.
  • Track each project from booking to delivery and chase the details that get missed when no one owns them.

What we look for

  • Operationally organized: you track many moving parts at once and nothing slips.
  • Clear, professional written communication in English with clients and contractors.
  • Comfortable in a CRM or project tool (Bitrix24, Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar) — you keep data clean, not just present.
  • Reliable follow-through: you close loops without being reminded.
  • Calm under a full workload and shifting priorities.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience in a photo/video, agency, or events production environment.
  • Working French or Luxembourgish alongside English.
  • Hands-on Bitrix24 experience.

Test task — Coordinate a sample shoot week

We give you three fictional shoot bookings with overlapping dates, two photographers, one shared gear kit, and a couple of incomplete client details. Build a simple plan: a schedule showing who shoots what and when, the conflicts you spot (and how you'd resolve them), and the exact questions you'd send each client to fill the gaps. Then write the two short client follow-up emails in English. Use any tool you like (a spreadsheet or doc is fine). This is invented data — not real client work — and should take about an hour.

Deliverable: One document or spreadsheet containing: (1) the week schedule with crew and gear assigned, (2) a short list of conflicts and your resolution for each, (3) the open questions per client, and (4) two client follow-up emails in English.

05PhotographerShoot across B2B and B2C briefs on a structured production team, under Andre Mitin's art direction and one shared post-production style guide.

What you do

  • Shoot assigned briefs across B2B (portrait, product, real estate, events) and B2C (weddings, family) — the type rotates with the schedule, not a single niche.
  • Work to a clear brief and shot list: framing, coverage, and deliverable count agreed before the shoot, checked on set.
  • Light with controlled studio and location setups (Godox) for consistent, repeatable results across a high shoot volume.
  • Deliver clean, correctly exposed, well-composed frames that match the team's style guide, so post-production stays fast and consistent.
  • Coordinate with the producer and editors — hand off organized, selected, properly labeled files.

What we look for

  • A portfolio that shows clean composition and consistent exposure across more than one genre (e.g. portrait plus product or event).
  • Working command of off-camera flash and modifiers; you can build and control light, not only shoot available light.
  • Comfort following a brief and an external art direction — the look is set by the team, not improvised per shoot.
  • Reliable file discipline: tethered or card workflow, naming, backups, on-time delivery.
  • Based in or able to work regularly in Luxembourg and the surrounding region.

Nice to have

  • Fujifilm system experience (Classic Chrome / Provia look).
  • Real estate or interior shooting (verticals, bracketing, wide coverage).
  • Basic video / hybrid shooting for events.

Test task — Three-frame lighting test

A small, non-client exercise to show how you build light and compose — not real production work. Shoot three frames of any subject you have on hand (a person, a single product, or a small still life is fine): one with a single controlled light source, one with the same subject relit to a different mood, and one available-light frame of your choice. Use your own gear and your own subject. Send the files as shot (with normal capture-to-export processing) — no need to over-retouch. We're looking at light control, exposure, and composition, not the subject. Plan on roughly one to two hours.

Deliverable: Three full-resolution JPEGs plus a two or three line note: light setup used (source, modifier, position) and one sentence on what you were going for in each frame.

06Lux Photo Club ManagerRun the day-to-day of Lux Photo Club: courses, workshops, photo walks, and the community around them.

What you do

  • Plan and run the club calendar — courses, workshops, photo walks, and meetings — from scheduling to on-the-day logistics.
  • Own student onboarding: welcome new members, get them into the right tier, keep them active and returning.
  • Handle club marketing — event listings, email to the member base, and Instagram (@lux.photo.club) — to fill seats and grow the community.
  • Manage memberships and event sales (Eventbrite and the club site), track attendance and revenue, report numbers monthly.
  • Be the point of contact for members: answer questions, gather feedback, and feed it back into the program.

What we look for

  • Experience running events or community programs — workshops, classes, meetups, or similar — start to finish.
  • Strong written communication in English; comfortable writing event copy, member emails, and social captions.
  • Organized and self-directed: you can hold a calendar of recurring events and keep details from slipping.
  • Comfortable with online tools — event platforms, email, and social scheduling — and quick to learn new ones.
  • Genuine interest in photography and in helping beginners, hobbyists, and content creators improve.

Nice to have

  • Photography background or active practice of your own.
  • Experience with membership or subscription models and basic funnel metrics.
  • French or Luxembourgish in addition to English; familiarity with the Luxembourg local scene.

Test task — Plan one club month

Lux Photo Club runs courses, workshops, photo walks, and meetings for beginners, hobbyists, content creators, and parents. Sketch a one-month plan for the club: pick 3–4 events (mix of formats), give each a one-line description and a rough target audience, and outline how you'd promote them across an event listing, one member email, and Instagram. Keep it short — bullets and a few sentences, not a full document. We're looking at how you think about programming and filling seats, not polished design.

Deliverable: One page (or equivalent): a 3–4 event monthly calendar with short descriptions, plus a brief promotion outline (one sample event-listing blurb, one short member-email draft, and 2–3 Instagram caption ideas). Sent as a doc, PDF, or plain text.
